(c) Online orders are fulfilled and delivered on business days only (business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays)
(d) All shipping times include 1 business day processing. Orders are unable to be cancelled or changed once they are in processing status.
(e) Orders usually take 2-3 business but they may take up to 5 business days to be delivered. In case your package is taking longer than usual, you can contact us for assistance.
(f) Service to rural areas may require additional shipping time regardless of shipping method.
