Shipping Information
We provide fast and reliable shipping to customers in the United States and worldwide. All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST ship the same day.
- United States – Free shipping on all orders. Delivery typically takes 3 business days, with a maximum of 5 business days.
- International Orders – Worldwide shipping is available for an additional fee (calculated at checkout). Delivery times vary by destination.
- Tracking – All shipments include tracking information, provided by email once the order has shipped.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Eligibility – Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resealable condition.
- Non-Returnable Items – Clearance products, special orders, and software/activation items cannot be returned.
- Return Process – Log in with the email you used to buy the product, find the order you want to return, then simply click on return, within a day you will receive a free return label. An other way is to contact us at help@usacompua.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending your item back.
- Refunds – Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Restocking Fee – A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for opened or non-defective returns.
Exchanges
Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same product. Please include details in your RMA request.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will send replacements or issue a refund promptly.
